Skywarn Training Scheduled for Apr/May 2026
Did you know that your Skywarn training is recurrent and needs to be renewed every two years? Whether recurrent or a new recruit, three in-person classes will be conducted in April and two virtual classes will be offered in May.

Net Controllers Needed!
Volunteering to host a net is the easiest way:
- to find out if you like being a net control operator (NCO)
- to better your skills as an NCO before tackling a more stressful situation.
- to provide a variety of styles and subjects to our nets.
- to participate and build confidence in ham radio communication!
No need to be a club member, but you do need to be a licensed amateur radio operator. Who knows - perhaps after a time or two you may find that you really like being a net control operator and become one of our regulars.
