Arrl study questions

• You must pre-register (no walk-ins) by the Friday just prior to the first Monday evening of the month, General meeting.  That would be August 30th, for the September 2nd meeting.

• ITEMS TO BRING:  Bring your photo ID and a copy of your current ham license for us to send with your paperwork.  Bring a pen and a pencil. The licence fee is $15,00.
• If this is your first Amateur Radio License (Technician), you should go online to apply for an FRN (it only takes a few minutes), prior to arrival for testing.  (An FRN is used in place of your Social Security number.) More info on FRN is HERE.

• LOCATION of Testing:  The Shepherd of the Desert Evangelical Lutheran Church, which is south of Hwy 60 (Grand Avenue) on 111th.  (Youngtown/Sun City)

              Walton Hall-The social hall is just east of the main church, off of the breezeway.  

              (Tell the registration table personnel that you are there for testing.)

• Testing will be conducted at 6 PM, just prior to each General Meeting.  Remember, you must be pre-registered.
• If you miss the session at the church, there is a session later on in the month (see the License Testing Information sheets below.) located at the West Valley Electronics Club. Please call ahead because seating is limited.
