Skywarn Training Scheduled for Apr/May 2026
Did you know that your Skywarn training is recurrent and needs to be renewed every two years? Whether recurrent or a new recruit, three in-person classes will be conducted in April and two virtual classes will be offered in May.
Don't miss your chance! These classes are only offered in the spring.

Net Controllers Needed!
Volunteering to host a net is the easiest way to:
- Find out if you like being a net control operator (NCO)
- Better your skills as an NCO before tackling a more stressful situation.
- Provide a variety of styles and subjects to our nets.
- Participate and build confidence in ham radio communication!
No need to be a club member, but you do need to be a licensed amateur radio operator. Who knows - perhaps after a time or two you may find that you really like being a net control operator and become one of our regulars!
